is a Dino Id? |

Each gift is assigned a unique code
(Dino Id) that
must be entered on our website by the person
who has received the gift to display the
secret message from the sender.
The
Dino Id is only sent to the person who
will receive the gift and is not known to
the sender. |

Do I
have to have an account to decode the Dino
Id for a gift I have received? |
|
|
An account is not required to decode a Dino
Id and view the message from the sender.
If you have received a gift and would like
to send a reply message back to the gift's
sender, you would need to create an account
and add the gift to your Dino Tracker where
you would then be able to send a reply
message. |

How
do I know someone has received my gift? |
|
|
When the Dino Id is entered on the
website for the first time by the
person receiving the gift, a notification
email will be sent back to the person who
sent the gift informing them the gift has
been received. |
|

|
Can
you explain anonymous shipping? |
|
|
All gifts are shipped individually and
anonymously.
When the Dino Id is entered
by the person receiving it, it will display
any message that may have been entered by
the sender. Unless the sender has
entered personal details in the message, the
sender will remain anonymous.
Another
option is available allowing the sender to
display their account Name and Email to the
person receiving the gift once it is
tracked. |

How
does someone reply back to the gift's sender
once they
receive a gift? |
|
|
When someone receives a gift and enters
the Dino Id, the secret message from the
sender will display. They will be
informed to create an account, or login to
their existing account and add the item to
their Dino Tracker. Once added to
their tracker, they will have the option
to enter a one time reply message back to the
gift's sender. |

What
is the Dino Tracker? |
|
|
The Dino Tracker allows someone to track all
gifts they have received as well as send a
reply message back to the gift sender. The tracker also provides single click
access to display the message from the
sender and message replies. |

|
How
are anonymous notifications sent? |
|
|
All email notifications are sent
anonymously through our website and will not
reveal the senders actual email address. |
|
|
|
Is it
possible to allowing my Name and Email to be
seen or hidden for gifts I have sent? |
|
|
When sending a
gift, you have the option to select to
display your Name and Email for each item in
your Shopping Cart once your gift is tracked
by the person who received it. If the
option is not set, it will display as being
sent Anonymously.
Should you
change your mind, this option may be toggled
on and off at any time by selecting the
Tracker View from your Orders page. |

After
I receive a gift, how can I let the sender
know my Email? |
|
|
If you add a
gift to your Dino Tracker, you will be able
to send a one-time reply message back to the
gift's sender where you could include your
contact information.
Another option
in the Tracker View is to toggle the setting
to show your Email to the sender. This
may be toggled on and off at any time. |
