Messaging

When you send someone a gift, you may enter an (optional) Secret Message that will only display when the person who receives the gift enters the gift's Dino Id on the website.

The 'Orders' Page

All your sent gifts will display on your Orders page where you may easily review details about your order in a dashboard format.

You may select to view the order history as well as the gift messages in Decoder and Tracker formats.  You will also be able to quickly view status indicators for the following:

• The name of the person who was sent the gift
• If you have chosen to display your Name and Email to the person who was sent the gift
• If the gift has been received
• If the gift is being tracked by the person who received it
• If the person who received the gift is allowing you to see their account email
• If the person who received the gift has sent you a reply message

Receiving gifts with messages

When you receive a gift, enter the gift's Dino Id on the main page of the website to reveal any Secret Message, Photo or Video that may have been entered by the sender of the gift.

You are not required to login to display the gift's message as long as it is not being tracked with the Dino Tracker.  Once a gift is tracked, it becomes private between the sender and the receiver and you must be logged in to display the messages.

To track a gift and send a reply message back to the sender, login to your account, decode the Dino Id and add the gift to your Dino Tracker.  In your tracker, select the Tracker View link where you will be able to send a one-time reply message back to the person who sent the gift.  Once added to your Tracker, you will always be able to display the message from the sender as well as any reply you may have entered.

Anonymous Messaging

All messages are sent anonymously through the website.  If you have received a gift, you will not know who sent the gift unless they have revealed their identity in their Secret Message or they have selected to display their Name and Email once the gift is tracked.

Message Restrictions

Once a gift has been added to a member's Dino Tracker, the Secret Message will only display for the sender and tracker of the gift as it will become private between them.
