All emails generated from our website will be
sent from our email server using the account
notify@mysterysaurus.com.
It is possible that emails may arrive in your
Spam folder or are blocked by your email provider before you even receive them.
Some providers may have setup filters to block spam emails and in doing
so may have inadvertently blocked emails form our website.
There are several different things you may
try depending on your email host such as Gmail, Outlook,
Yahoo, Windows Live Mail, Hotmail, MSN Mail
or others. The goal is to 'whitelist' emails you want to receive
so they are not sent to Spam or blocked by your provider.
Things to try
Login to the site that is hosting your email
account.
Once logged in, depending on the site, there
are several different options you may be able to try.
Add the address
notify@mysterysaurus.com to your contacts. Some providers will
allow emails through to your account if you have the actual email in
your contacts list.
If you find emails from
notify@mysterysaurus.com in your Spam folder, mark them as not Spam.
Create a filter to allow the address
notify@mysterysaurus.com
to be automatically moved to your inbox.
Add the address
notify@mysterysaurus.com to your safe senders
list.
Most website functionality will be available
even with an unconfirmed email address. If your email address is
not confirmed, you will not receive email notifications for purchased
orders, shipped items and other notifications.
